Chemperoh guest house sangat-sangat memuaskan. Walaubagaimanapun, jika boleh disediakan ampaian bagi memudahkan tetamu menyidai pakaian basah. Ada ampaian yang tersedia tetapi agak jauh berada di rumah Meranti.

Mujur di dalam guest house ada disediakan beberapa pinggan mangkuk jadi ianya sedikit sebanyak menyelamatkan kami. Cuma kalau boleh disediakan jug air/flask besar untuk memudahkan tetamu menyediakan minuman. Hanya terdapat 1 jug sahaja dan ini tidak mencukupi bagi tetamu yang ramai. Peti sejuk di bahagian freezer tidak berfungsi jadi kami tidak dapat menyediakan ais pada hari berkenaan.

Informasi yang tertera di dalam website Saujana menyatakan bahawa ada disediakan sleeping bag dan kemudahan tidur yang mencukupi utk 11 orang sahaja. Jadi ada di antara ahli keluarga saya telah bersiap sedia membawa bantal, selimut dan comforter sendiri. Walaubagaimanapun apabila tiba di Saujana, rupa-rupanya terdapat banyak tilam, bantal dan comforter yang jauh lebih mencukupi. Hanya satu sleeping bag sahaja yang terdapat disitu. Diharapkan pihak Saujana dapat memberi maklumat yang lebih tepat dan terperinci berhubung kemudahan ini.

We will be installing the ampaian right after our current upgrade works are complete. Currently, we are installing a store room attached to Chemperoh guest house to store all the mattresses so that we can have enough bedding for everyone who stays there (up to 20 pax) – this will be updated on the website to reflect the change.

Giant tube hanya satu dan jika boleh disediakn lebih dari satu tube untuk kemudahan kanak-kanak. Begitu juga ampaian berasingan untuk rumah Chemperoh.

We are in the process of purchasing more giant tubes to make sure everyone can use one next time.

Comfort: From all the feedback that i have gotten from my team-members. Everyone truly enjoyed their stay at the Saujana Janda Baik.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness was awesome. It kinda shocked us all at how clean everything was.The standard was why in the cleanliness.

Facilities: We did not use the barbecue pit. However, im glad all the fan and there were enough electrical plugs around for us to use for ALL our electrical purposes (toaster/grill/steamboat/ricecooker/etc).

Effectiveness: Um, we were lucky enough to have met En.Ahmad Senior, your mum, sister and wife. The welcome was awesome. The only problem we had during the stay was a small um.. misunderstanding/miscommunication. We had inform En.Ramaly, when he was cleaning the villa when we arrive that we would like to have 2 tents and was informed they will put it up soon. As evening was coming to an end, and the tents were not up, we called at 6.15-6.45pm. I was met with a rather annoyed reply and the line was abruptly disconnect. About 15-20mins later, he came and put up the tent. Other than that it was ok!

Friendliness: Your and your family were awesome, SO was Mr.Ramaly and wife.

Catering: Although it was last minute, i was truly happy that En.Izzat agreed to cook for our batch of 20 pax. However, for RM15/pax the food was just ok. What we got for the meal was Fried rice , Fried Mee, Ayam masak merah, Ikan masak kicap, sayur campur, orange cut fruit, teh tarik and orange cordial. The orange wasnt as fresh and the cordial was flavourless. =). For an order for 20 pax, what came was enough for about 12-15 pax..=). But we were pretty appreciative that En.izzat took our order although it was last minute.

Note from Saujana Janda Baik Management: We have forwarded your feedback to En Izzat and he explained that because the order was last minute (on the same day), he only had limited supplies to work with (since he had other catering orders that day, too) so he did the best he could. Nonetheless, apologies about the fruits and cordial!

Team-building/Activities: It was something that everyone was thinking would be just OK. However, it took everyone by surprise how much fun it was. It was over expectation, and that is thanks to you. At the same time, it gave me good feeling to know all that was planned turned out awesome.

With that I have proud of the weekend. As with the good job of the place, organizer , the planning and hardwork from my team. It was a great success!!

You never know how wonderful the place is… until you see it! When all of us reached Saujana Janda Baik, everyone of us had the same feelings and made one quick suggestion: Shall we extend for another night? Due to the price and we were not sure how good the place was, we only planned to stay there for one night. Deruan air Sungai Chemperoh yang mengalir di sisinya mencetuskan irama yang sukar diungkapkan.
